Instructions on how to permanently delete your Premedis account and all associated data.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Premedis account at any time directly from within the app. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please read the instructions and warnings carefully.

delete_forever How to Delete Your Account

Open the Premedis app and log in using the account you want to delete.
If you forgot your password, you may reset it via the “Forgot password?” option on the login screen.
Navigate to the Settings page.
Tap the cogwheel icon located at the top-right corner of the Home tab.
Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

⚠ Permanent Deletion Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including study progress, answers, analytics, and personal information, will be permanently removed.

By deleting your account, you also agree to forfeit access to any purchases or subscriptions associated with your account. Refunds cannot be issued through Premedis. For transactions made on mobile platforms, refund requests must be handled through Google Play or Apple App Store directly.
