Premedis (controller: Oliver Petrovič, IČO: 24436399) operates the Premedis mobile apps and website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights under applicable data protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR).

Scope — types of personal data we collect

  • Account & profile data: name (if supplied), email address, hashed password (if set), sign-in tokens (OAuth) when you sign in with Apple or Google.
  • Learning data: personal progress, question answers and associated information.
  • Payment & billing: payment transaction metadata, invoices, and billing details. We use Stripe (Web), Apple In-App Purchases, and Google Play Billing. We do not store, nor have access to full payment card numbers.
  • Analytics data: aggregated app usage data (Mixpanel). Analytics are not shared with 3rd parties.
  • Communications: transactional email metadata (Resend), support correspondence, reports and optional feedback.
  • Device & technical data: device model, OS version, IP address, crash logs, etc.

Lawful basis for processing

Contract / Performance Necessary to provide the Service (accounts, access to paid features).
Legal Obligation Compliance with laws (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

We do not sell your personal data. We retain data only as long as necessary. Financial data is retained for 10 years for tax records.
